Node Fusion from Switching Battery®
Every battery system has two nodes - positive and negative. These nodes can be electronically configured to switch between parallel and series arrangements, allowing for dynamic changes in the battery system's internal behavior. This capability optimizes performance and efficiency based on specific application requirements.
Node Fusion, similar to DNA restructuring in the human body to protect against new diseases, enables these configurations to adapt, respond and protect to varying energy demands effectively.
In graph theory, K1, K2, and K4 describe the complexity of node connections. K4, similar to a dual-core processor in computing, offers advanced capabilities through multiple interconnected nodes.
Switching Battery® is a K4 (graph theory) advanced Electronic Dual Battery System compared with traditional batteries which are K1 Mechanical Single Battery Systems.
K1 Battery Systems interrupt charging, leading to higher battery costs while K4 Battery Systems reduce costs by seamlessly integrating with Solar PV for uninterruptible charging.
The K4 enables simultaneous charging and discharging without interruption, while PWM voltage modulation with parallel-series switching reduces frequency and electromagnetic interference (EMI).

Switching Battery® An Illustration
The illustration (above) shows the filling of a one-gallon tank (Load) over 8 trips using 1-pint glasses (Source) demonstrating that the solar PV voltage can be lower than load voltage using time modulations.
Similarly, Node Fusion from Switching Battery® allows a 6V 20A solar PV to charge 4V batteries in parallel, which then discharge at 12V in a 3S series configuration. This enables the K4 electronic battery (12V 12Ah, 144Wh) to deliver up to 500Wh per day.
This setup allows 4V batteries to charge in parallel and discharge in series, ensuring uninterrupted charging with our isolated load technology.
